I discovered Pilates after experiencing severe burnout after getting poisoned with Ciguatera (a rare type of food poisoning caused by contaminated fish). For three months, I couldn’t move due to severe joint pain, let alone engage in high-intensity workouts. Pilates became my refuge during this time, and I fell in love with how it helped me reconnect with my body and regain balance. You often talk about Pilates and skincare on social media. How do you see the connection between the two? Pilates aligns the body—improving posture, increasing mobility, and making you feel amazing overall. Skincare does the same for me on a different level—it aligns and refreshes my mind and body, helping me feel ready to take on the day. Could you share your personal skincare routine with our readers?
